Little Hall

Little Hall is a Grade II* Listed Building refurb project on the outskirts of York.

Phase 1 involved the complete renovation of the kitchen and family room, which had originally been built in the 1980s, but now was not fit for purpose.

The scope of works included the installation of new vaulted roofs, complete with oak truss and ridge beam, underfloor heating, replacement doors, and comprehensive electrical and plumbing work, along with tiling and final fit-out.

A key aspect of this project was our commitment to using natural, sustainable and breathable materials throughout, such as woodfibre insulation, lime plaster, and a limecrete floor slab over foamglass insulation.
