Unit 717, Thorp Arch

Another recently completed renovation and upgrade project at Thorp Arch Estate in Wetherby.

We transformed Unit 717, originally a single large building, into eight individual industrial units. Each new unit now features its own office and welfare space, an electrically operated roller shutter door, and high-speed fiber connectivity.

The scope of works included:

• Full external cladding and internal roof lining
• New windows, doors, and insulated roller shutter doors
• Creation of new office and welfare spaces
• Complete re-wiring
• New plumbing and heating systems
• External groundworks and landscaping
• Full decoration
• Fencing for the car park area
